Place seems purpose built as a working cafe. Upper 2 floors have various plugs and seats, with different quiet rules

A nice view looking down Umekita Park. So many restaurants on the other floors too.

The power plugs are artificially blocked with a sign that says they no longer have charging. There also appeared to be a sign with a 90 minute time limit

Lots of seating outside overlooking the river. The day I went the WiFi was practically unusable though

The WiFi is available for 1 hour per order (up to 3 orders per day). So you can only work during 3 hours, ordering 3 different times. You have to order a drink at least once (>500¥) + there is no item in the menu for less than 350¥, so you will spend minimum 1200¥/3h of work.

They have wide variety of high end specialty coffee. Not very suitable for work because there mostly are sofa seatings.

Of all the criteria on this site, it's quite down the middle. Desks are spacious with an outlet and ready Wifi to connect to. There is a smoking room, so the smoke smell may permeate. Plenty of business meetings going on so the atmosphere while pleasant also isn't entirely quiet. Peaceful but with some action
