Publicly accessible terrace on the fifth floor of a Kundanshita Kaikan building. The building has a Tully's so you could grab a coffee and come up here, or there's a cafe space on the terrace, but not crowded at all. WiFi is fast around 100Mbps and there are plugs available despite it being outside. Just the chairs are bit uncomfortable steel chairs.
