The place is so huge it would be easy to get lost in! There are multiple floors. I went to the second floor multiple times. Although they pass ambiant music, i find it very high.. may need to try other seats further from the speakers. Ordering is made though a QR Code so it's convenient. You can also order food and eat downstairs.
