In the middle of the Sanjo-dori. There are plenty of one person seating which is great for work or study. Also, Tullys has relatively better coffee compared to other coffee chains.

On weekday mornings, there are not many people and plenty of empty seats. The 1-2 person seats by the window on the second floor have a nice view, allowing you to watch the crowd in the shopping street. However, I didn't see any available power outlets on the second floor.
